PRIMARY EDUCATION CONTRIBUTION. 2.1 The Owners covenant with the County Council: (a) not to commence any above ground works within any Phase consisting of any Dwellings within the Development on the Land until they have submitted to the County Council and the County Council has approved in writing (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) an estimate of the Primary Education Contribution in respect of that Phase calculated as follows: Number of Dwellings x £4,956.10; and (b) not to Occupy any Dwellings within a Phase unless and until the Primary Education Contribution for that Phase has been paid to the County Council.

PRIMARY EDUCATION CONTRIBUTION. 1.1 On notification of a Reserved Matters Approval to calculate the Primary Education Contribution and Spare Places in accordance with this Agreement and in the manner as demonstrated in the Education Methodology appended to this document at Appendix 1. 1.2 To pay the Primary Education Contribution into a separately identified interest-bearing section of the County Council's combined accounts as soon as reasonably practicable. 1.3 Not to use any part of the Primary Education Contribution other than towards the cost of providing, expanding or improving educational facilities (which may include the purchase and improvement of land and buildings) at Xxxxxxxxx-In-Amounderness Church Of England Primary School or at Bilsborrow Xxxx Xxxxx Church of England Primary School or any subsequent name or designation by which they are known 1.4 In the event that the Primary Education Contribution has not been spent or committed for expenditure by the County Council within 5 years following the date of receipt of the final payment of the Primary Education Contribution the County Council shall refund to the party who paid it any part of the Primary Education Contribution which has not been spent or committed for expenditure, together with any interest at the Bank of England base lending rate.
PRIMARY EDUCATION CONTRIBUTION. 2.1 The Owner covenants that it shall pay to the Borough Council the Primary Education Contribution in the following instalments: 2.1.1 £548,044.50 (FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND FORTY FOUR POUNDS FIFTY XXXXX) prior to Occupation of any Dwelling and the Owner covenants that it shall not Occupy or allow Occupation of any Dwelling unless and until such sum has been paid to the Borough Council; 2.1.2 £274,022.25 (TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND AND TWENTY TWO POUNDS AND TWENTY FIVE XXXXX) prior to the Occupation of the 106th Dwelling and the Owner covenants that it shall not Occupy or allow Occupation of the 106th Dwelling unless and until such sum has been paid to the Borough Council; 2.1.3 £274,022.25 (TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND AND TWENTY TWO POUNDS AND TWENTY FIVE XXXXX prior to the Occupation of the 211th Dwelling and the Owner covenants that it shall not Occupy or allow Occupation of the 211th Dwelling unless and until such sum has been paid to the Borough Council 2.2 The Borough Council shall not transfer the Primary Education Contribution (or any part thereof) to the County Council unless the Borough Council is satisfied that the County Council will spend the contribution Primary Education Contribution on the Primary Education Facilities 2.3 If the Borough Council are of the view that the Primary Education Contribution will not be spent in accordance with Paragraph 2.2 the Borough Council shall repay such of the Primary Education Contribution as the Borough Council is holding to the person who paid the contribution Primary Education Contribution with accrued interest (if any) but less any tax that may be payable thereon and the Borough Council’s administrative expenses 2.4 The proportion of half of any sum to be repaid in accordance with paragraph 2.3 above, shall be repaid to Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx and the remaining half shall be repaid to the person who paid the Primary Education Contribution

  • Union Education If the local union indicates to the Hospital that its members have approved a special assessment for union education in accordance with the CUPE constitution and local union by laws, the Hospital agrees to deduct this assessment. Such assessment will be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established and administered by OCHU/CUPE for this purpose.

  • Continuing Education The Hospital and the Union recognize that continuing education is important for all employees and that they have shared interests and responsibilities in ensuring equitable access to it.

  • Special Education Teachers Elementary/Secondary Special Education Coordinators shall be compensated for an extended work day in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000).

  • Special Education Special education services, related services, and accommodations for students who are eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any applicable provisions of state law, shall be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal law, this Agreement and Authorizer rules and policies. The Authorizer is the LEA for purposes of ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and all other federal and state laws and regulations concerning accommodation of and education of students with disabilities.

  • Paid Education Leave The Company agrees to pay into a special fund, one (1¢) cent per hour per employee for all compensated hours for the purpose of providing paid education leave. Such leave will be for upgrading the employee skills in all aspects of trade union functions. Such monies to be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established by the National Union, CAW, effective from date of ratification and sent by the Company to the following address: CAW Paid Education Leave Program, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0.
