Primary Electrical Improvements. With respect to the electrical facilities required for the development of Zoning Parcels A, B, C and D, Owner and City agree as follows: (1) Owner shall be responsible for the cost of all on-site and off-site improvements necessary to transmit and distribute power from the ▇▇▇▇▇ Street substation to Zoning Parcels A, B, C and D. (2) Owner will be permitted to install temporary above- groundaboveground electric distribution lines (40‟ poles) through the Property, but not along ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road, and convert the above-groundaboveground distribution lines to underground electric distribution and service line upon, or pursuant to a schedule established as part of, the Final Plat approval for each Development Phase.
