Primary Hours of Operation definition

Primary Hours of Operation or "PHO" means the hours in which the Prime Vendor Customer Support Center is staffed, which shall be 24 x 7 x 365.

Related to Primary Hours of Operation

  • Hours of Operation are the hours established by the Employer to provide adequate service to the public and to fulfil the functions of the work unit.
