Primary Insurance Requirement. The Contractor's insurance coverage shall be primary and noncontributing insurance as respects to any other insurance or self-insurance available to the Insured Parties. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the Insured Parties shall be in excess of the Contractor's insurance and shall not contribute with it.
