Common use of Primary Mortgage Insurance Compliance Clause in Contracts

Primary Mortgage Insurance Compliance. Where applicable, the Servicer shall be familiar with and shall satisfy all requirements of the applicable Primary Mortgage Insurance policy with respect to a delinquent Borrower. The Servicer shall have adequate controls to assure timely filing of all notices to the appropriate Primary Mortgage Insurer. The Servicer shall prepare and file all appropriate claims with respect to the applicable Primary Mortgage Insurance policy and the Servicer shall prepare and, upon request, deliver to the Master Servicer, copies of all claims forms and other papers received from or presented to any Primary Mortgage Insurer in connection with any claims presented under any such policy.
