Primary Servicer May Resign. The Primary Servicer may resign from the obligations and duties hereby imposed on it at any time. No such resignation shall be effective until a successor primary servicer (which may include the Master Servicer and that, if not the Master Servicer, must be acceptable to the Master Servicer) has fully assumed in writing all the obligations of the Primary Servicer under this Agreement.
