Common use of PRIMARY SERVICER TO HOLD PROPERTY FOR THE MASTER SERVICER Clause in Contracts

PRIMARY SERVICER TO HOLD PROPERTY FOR THE MASTER SERVICER. All records relating to the Mortgage Loans and the A/B Mortgage Loans held by the Primary Servicer, including but not limited to the Primary Servicer Servicing Documents, mortgage servicing documents, books, computer tapes and other documents and records (except for microfilm records) as well as any reproductions or copies of such records furnished for the purposes of performing Services from the Cut-off Date are, and shall continue at all times to be, held by the Primary Servicer for the benefit of the Master Servicer and for the Trustee and shall not be released, disseminated or otherwise made available to third parties without the prior written consent of the Master Servicer.
