The Primary Servicing Fee clause defines the compensation paid to the primary servicer for managing and administering a loan or pool of loans. Primary Servicing Fee. Upon the transfer of servicing with respect to any Purchased Receivable pursuant to this Agreement, the Provider shall no longer be paid the Primary Servicing Fee relating to such Purchased Receivables, which will be paid to the successor Person performing the Primary Servicer Responsibilities. Primary Servicing Fee. As compensation for its activities hereunder with respect to the Mortgage Loans, the Primary Servicer shall be entitled to receive a primary servicing fee with respect to each Mortgage Loan (the "Primary Servicing Fee"). As to each Mortgage Loan, the Primary Servicing Fee shall accrue from time to time at the rate per annum as specified in Exhibit C hereof (the "Primary Servicing Fee Rate") and shall be computed on the basis of the Scheduled Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan and for the same period respecting which any related interest payment due (or deemed to be due) on such Mortgage Loan is computed. The Primary Servicing Fee shall be payable monthly, on a loan-by-loan basis. With respect to the Mortgage Loans, the Primary Servicer shall be entitled to pay itself the Primary Servicing Fee from actual collections on the respective Mortgage Loan. The Primary Servicer shall be entitled to retain as additional servicing compensation all other amounts specified in this Agreement, including without limitation those amounts specified in Section 3.09 of this Agreement.
