Common use of PRIME LANDLORD'S CONSENT Clause in Contracts

PRIME LANDLORD'S CONSENT. This Sublease is conditioned upon Sublessor's obtaining the Prime Landlord's written consent to this Sublease. Sublessor will seek the Prime Landlord's consent pursuant to the Prime Lease. If such consent is refused or if the same is not obtained in writing within thirty (30) days after the date hereof, this Sublease shall be null and void, of no force or effect and all sums that Sublessee shall have paid or delivered hereunder to Sublessor shall be promptly returned to Sublessee.

Sublessor will seek the Prime Landlord's consent pursuant to the Prime Lease. If such consent is refused or if the same is not obtained in writing within thirty (30) days after the date hereofwriting, this Sublease shall be null and void, of no force or effect effect, and all sums that Sublessee shall have paid or delivered hereunder to Sublessor shall be promptly returned to Sublessee.

Sublessor will seek the Prime Landlord's ’s consent pursuant to the Prime Lease. If such consent is refused or if the same is not obtained in writing within thirty (30) 15 business days after the date hereof, this Sublease shall be null and void, of no force or effect and all sums that Sublessee shall have paid or delivered hereunder to Sublessor shall be promptly returned to Sublessee.

PRIME LANDLORD'S CONSENT. This Sublease is conditioned upon Sublessor's obtaining the Prime Landlord's written consent to this Sublease. Sublessor will seek the Prime Landlord's consent pursuant to the Prime Lease. If such consent is refused or if the same is not obtained in writing within thirty twenty (3020) days after the date hereof, then Sublessee shall have the option to terminate this Sublease and this Sublease shall be null and void, of no force or effect effect, and all sums that Sublessee shall have paid or delivered hereunder to Sublessor shall be promptly returned to Sublessee.
