Principal Allocations on any Sequential Distribution Date. On each Sequential Distribution Date, the Trustee, upon written instructions from the Servicer, will distribute all Principal Collections and all other funds available for principal distributions on deposit in the Note Distribution Account, to the extent there are sufficient funds, to the following parties in the order of priority listed below:
