Common use of Principal Customers and Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Principal Customers and Suppliers. (a) Schedule 4.23(a) contains a true and complete list of the name and address of each customer that purchased in excess of five percent (5%) of the goods or services of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries reflected on the Latest Unaudited Annual Financial Statements, and since the Balance Sheet Date no such customer has terminated its relationship with or adversely curtailed its purchases from the Company or its Subsidiaries or indicated (for any reason) its intention so to terminate its relationship or curtail its purchases.
