Principal Distribution Sample Clauses
Principal Distribution. As much of the principal of the Marital Trust as the Trustee, in its sole and absolute discretion may, from time to time think advisable for health, welfare, maintenance and comfortable support of surviving Settlor, shall be either paid to the surviving Settlor or else applied directly for the benefit of surviving Settlor, by reason or age, illness or any other cause in the opinion of the Trustees be incapable of disbursing same. The surviving Settlor shall have the power to withdraw such amounts from principal as the surviving Settlor shall desire from time to time including the entire exhaustion of principal.
Principal Distribution. On each Distribution Date, the Group 4 Principal Distribution Amount will be distributed as principal of the Group 4 Classes in the following order of priority:
(i) to the Class 13-TA Certificates until the Class Certificate Principal Balance thereof is reduced to its Planned Principal Balance for such Distribution Date;
(ii) to the Class 13-T Certificates until the Class Certificate Principal Balance thereof is reduced to its Scheduled Principal Balance for such Distribution Date;
(iii) concurrently, to the Class 13-FB1 Component and the Class 13-SB1 Component, in proportion to their original principal balances (or 88.88888996139% and 11.1111003861%, respectively), until their principal balances are reduced to their respective Scheduled Principal Balances for such Distribution Date;
(iv) concurrently, to the Class 13-FB2 Component and the Class 13-SB2 Component, in proportion to their original principal balances (or 88.8888881822% and 11.1111118178%, respectively), until their principal balances are reduced to zero;
(v) to the Class 13-T Class, without regard to its Scheduled Principal Balance and until the principal balance thereof is reduced to zero;
(vi) concurrently, to the Class 13-FB1 Component and the Class 13-SB1 Component, in proportion to their original principal balances, without regard to their respective Scheduled Principal Balances, and until their principal balances thereof are reduced to zero; and
(vii) to the Class 13-TA Class, without regard to its Planned Principal Balance and until the principal balance thereof is reduced to zero.
