The Principal Interface clause defines the main point of contact or communication between the parties involved in an agreement. Typically, it specifies which individual, department, or system will serve as the official channel for delivering notices, exchanging information, or coordinating activities under the contract. Principal Interface. All formulary or marketing approvals shall also be obtained by and in the name of Vertex, and Vertex will be the principal interface with and will otherwise handle all interactions with regulatory agencies concerning any Drug Product.
