Common use of Principal Investments Business Clause in Contracts

Principal Investments Business. Without limiting the foregoing, MUFG shall procure prior to the Closing that all the interests (and Liabilities) of MUS in respect of its principal investment business that is outside of the MUS Contributed Business, including all MUS Excluded Assets and MUS Excluded Liabilities, remain in MUS, or are otherwise not transferred to MUSBJ.
