Principal Objectives. Product Directed to each such Research Target that meets the Advancement Criteria for an Indication other than a Liver Fibrosis Indication and generating at least [***] Backup Research Product Directed to each such Research Target. In accordance with ARTICLE 6, the JGC shall determine the direction of the Development with respect to Research Products Directed against each Research Target.
