Principal Obligor. The obligations of the Guarantor hereunder shall be deemed to be undertaken as principal obligor and not merely as surety.
Principal Obligor. Although as between Contractor and Ormat Industries the liability of Ormat Industries to Contractor may be that of a surety only, nevertheless as between Ormat Industries and Owner the liability of Ormat Industries shall be deemed to be the liability of a principal obligor and such liability shall not be affected by any of the matters hereinbefore mentioned or by any other act, indulgence or omission that, but for this present provision, would have operated to release Ormat Industries wholly or partly from Ormat Industries' liabilities hereunder to Owner.
Principal Obligor. Although as between the Company and the Trust the liability of the Trust to the Company may be that of a surety only, nevertheless as between the Trust and Ormat Pacific Inc., the liability of the Trust shall be deemed to be the liability of a principal obligor and such liability shall not be affected by any of the matters hereinbefore mentioned or by any other act, indulgence or omission which but for this present provision would have operated to release the Trust wholly or partly from the Trust's liabilities hereunder to Ormat Pacific Inc.
Principal Obligor. Without prejudice to the Authority's rights against the PBO as principal obligor, the Guarantor shall without prejudice to its rights and limitations of liability under this Guarantee, be deemed the principal obligor in respect of its obligations under this Guarantee and not merely as a surety (save that, as envisaged in Clause 10 hereof, the liability of the Guarantor shall not exceed that of the PBO in relation to the Guaranteed Obligations) and accordingly the Guarantor shall not be discharged nor shall its liability under this Guarantee be affected by any act or thing or means whatsoever by which its said liability would have been discharged or affected if it had not been the principal obligor.
Principal Obligor. Our obligation to make any payment under this Counter-Indemnity:
5.1 is unconditional and irrevocable and is as principal obligor;
5.2 is in addition to, and not in substitution or derogation of, any other right or remedy which IIFCL may have with respect to us or any other person, including under the IIFCL Guarantee Agreement, the Backstop Guarantee, or any other document or from any other source, including any rights of subrogation and any assigned or transferred rights and IIFCL is not obliged to exercise any such right or remedy before exercising its rights under this Counter- Indemnity; and
5.3 will not be impaired, discharged or otherwise affected by any termination of the IIFCL Guarantee or any other Finance Documents or any act, omission, matter or thing whatsoever which, but for this provision, would reduce, release or prejudice any of our obligations under this Counter-Indemnity.
Principal Obligor. This guarantee is and shall be a guarantee of payment and performance and not merely of collection.
Principal Obligor. National Gold hereby acknowledges and confirms that it is a principal obligor under this Agreement.”
Section 9.1. The phrase “Subject to Section of the Amendment to Asset Purchase Agreement titled “Legal Fees”,” shall be inserted at the beginning of Section 9.1 of the Asset Purchase Agreement.

Principal Obligor. 35.1 As a separate and independent stipulation the Guarantor agrees that any monies expressed to be payable under the Notes which may not be recoverable from the Company or the Guarantor by reason of any legal limitation, disability or incapacity of the Company or the Guarantor or any other fact or circumstances shall nevertheless be recoverable from the Guarantor as sole and principal obligor.
