PRINCIPAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE. The Administrative Agent will maintain, in the form of EXHIBIT 5.1.3 hereto, a schedule of principal payments ("PRINCIPAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE") showing (a) on a consolidated basis the schedule of principal payments due under all Converted 7 Year Loans, and (b) on a consolidated basis the schedule of principal payments due under all Converted 10 Year Loans. The Administrative Agent will update the Principal Payment Schedule as of each Conversion Date with respect to which Borrower has made a Conversion Election, and the Principal Payment Schedule as so updated will automatically replace and supersede EXHIBIT 5.1.3 hereto.

PRINCIPAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE. The Series 2014 Bonds shall mature or be payable pursuant to Mandatory Sinking Fund Redemption Requirements on the Principal Payment Dates in principal amounts as shall be determined by the Director of Finance, subject to subsection (d) of this Section, in the Certificate of Award, which determination shall be consistent with the best interest of and financial advantages to the City. Consistent with the foregoing and in accordance with a determination which is in the best interest of and financially advantageous to the City, the Director of Finance shall specify in the Certificate of Award (i) the aggregate principal amount of Series 2014 Bonds to be issued as Serial Bonds, the Principal Payment Date or Dates on which those Series 2014 Bonds shall be stated to mature and the principal amount thereof that shall be stated to mature on each such Principal Payment Date, (ii) the aggregate principal amount of Series 2014 Bonds to be issued as Term Bonds, the Principal Payment Date or Dates on which those Series 2014 Bonds shall be stated to mature, the principal amount thereof that shall be stated to mature on each such Principal Payment Date, the Principal Payment Date or Dates on which Term Bonds shall be subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption (each a “Mandatory Redemption Date”) and the principal amount thereof that shall be payable pursuant to Mandatory Sinking Fund Redemption Requirements on each Mandatory Redemption Date.

  • Principal Payment Date Any unpaid principal of this promissory note (this "Demand Note") shall be paid on the Demand Date.

  • Principal Payment The Borrower shall fail to pay any principal of any Note when the same becomes due and payable as set forth in this Agreement;

  • Payment Schedule Except as provided in section 6.10 Travel, Meals and Lodging, payments will only be made based on Deliverables outlined within the Authorized User Agreement. Any invoice not related directly to a completed deliverable will be rejected. Any charge included on the invoice without backup documentation as specified in the Authorized User Agreement (travel receipts, etc.) may be removed. Any outstanding charges un-invoiced or removed from the invoice must be submitted/resubmitted within 120 Calendar days or may not be reimbursed. Each Deliverable may contain a retainage allotment as specified within the Authorized User Agreement. Each invoice is to include a detailed and itemized list of all retainage withholds that are in place since the activation of the Authorized User Agreement. Payment schedule shall be based on the final Authorized User Agreement as negotiated by the Authorized User and Contractor. Payment is only to be made after the deliverable within the Authorized User Agreement is accepted by the Authorized User. A Contractor is encouraged to submit no more than one invoice per month. Invoices must include cumulative retainage holdback. Invoices submitted to an Authorized User must include backup documentation as defined in the negotiated Authorized User Agreement.

  • Principal Payments Originator is authorized and directed by SPV to enter on the grid attached hereto, or, at its option, in its books and records, the date and amount of each loan made by it which is evidenced by this Subordinated Note and the amount of each payment of principal made by SPV, and absent manifest error, such entries shall constitute prima facie evidence of the accuracy of the information so entered; provided that neither the failure of Originator to make any such entry or any error therein shall expand, limit or affect the obligations of SPV hereunder.

  • Scheduled Principal Payments The Borrower shall make payments of principal to Holder as follows: (i) on the first anniversary of this Note, the sum of $279,500, which represents 10% of original principal amount of this Note, (ii) on the second anniversary of this Note, the sum of $1,118,000, which represents 40% of original principal amount of this Note, and (iii) on May 18, 2010 (the “Maturity Date”), a final payment of the sum of the outstanding principal balance of this Note, including the amount of any PIK Interest, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon, and all other obligations and indebtedness owing hereunder, if not sooner paid.

  • Mandatory Principal Payments If, on any day, the Total Outstandings exceed the Maximum Loan Amount, then the Borrower shall make a principal payment to Administrative Agent in the amount of such excess, in immediately available funds within ten (10) Business Days of demand from the Administrative Agent (a “Mandatory Principal Payment”); with such payment being applied to the principal balances due hereunder is such fashion as the Borrower may designate; provided, however, that if during such ten (10) Business Day period, the Borrower delivers to the Administrative Agent Funding Evidence, such ten (10) Business Day period shall be extended for such additional time as the Administrative Agent determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be required by the Borrower to make the Mandatory Principal Payment but in no event shall such period exceed a maximum of sixty (60) days from the date that the Mandatory Principal Payment would otherwise be due hereunder.
