Principal Payments - Generally. (a) Each repayment or prepayment of any Loans made pursuant to this Section shall be without premium or payment of any other additional amount, except as may be required pursuant to SECTION 4.3. Amounts repaid or prepaid may not be re-borrowed. Except as set forth in SECTION 3.2, any repayment or prepayment of the Principal Amount of any Loans shall include accrued interest on the date of repayment or prepayment on the Principal Amount being repaid or prepaid.
