Its principal place of business, chief executive office and the offices where it keeps all its Records related to the Pool Receivables are located at the address(es) described on Schedule 3.1(i) or such other locations notified to the Facility Agent in accordance with Section 5.2(f) in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 6.6 has been taken and completed by the time required pursuant to Section 5.2(f).
