Principal Protected Notes. In the case of all Notes which the applicable Final Terms specify to be “Principal Protected”, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the amount of cash and fair market value of property delivered at maturity or upon early redemption will not be less than the Specified Denomination of such Note.
