Principal Transactions and Other Related Party Transactions. The UCC shall be entitled to review and/or approve or disapprove (as applicable), on behalf of the Partnership, “principal transactions” within the meaning of Section 206(3) of the Advisers Act and/or any other matters involving conflicts of interest deemed appropriate by the General Partner, or as otherwise required by this Agreement.
