Principality of Andorra. Without prejudice to Article 2, a product originating in the Principality of Andorra classified under Chapters 25 to 97 of the Harmonised System shall, due to the customs union between the European Union and the Principality of Andorra, be considered as originating in the European Union.

  • Liability of District 13.1. Other than as provided in this Agreement, District’s financial obligations under this Agreement shall be limited to the payment of the compensation provided in this Agreement.   • Applicability of ¶ 2501 Local Church acknowledges and agrees that pursuant to ¶ 2501 of the Discipline, the Local Church holds all its property, real and personal, tangible and intangible, in trust for the benefit of The United Methodist Church, including the Real Property and Personal Property, and the Local Church will not take any actions that are inconsistent therewith or opposing or negating the same.
