Principal’s Inquiries. ‌ 31.1.1 The Principal may, at any time, make any inquiries of the Contractor in relation to any issue or matter which may constitute a Probity Event, by giving the Contractor a notice setting out those issues or matters. 31.1.2 The Contractor must, within 20 Business Days of receipt of a notice under clause 31.1.1, provide full details of the matters or issues requested by the Principal. 31.1.3 If the information provided by the Contractor leads the Principal to believe on reasonable grounds that a Probity Event has occurred, then clause 31.2 shall apply.
