PRINCIPALS OF CONSTRUCTION. References in this Security Agreement to “Sections,” “Exhibits,” and “Schedules” are to sections, exhibits, and schedules in this Security Agreement unless otherwise indicated. References in this Security Agreement to any document, instrument, or agreement (a) shall include all exhibits, schedules, and other attachments thereto, (b) shall include all documents, instruments, or agreements issued or executed in replacement thereof, to the extent permitted hereby, and (c) shall mean such document, instrument, or agreement, or replacement or predecessor thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted hereby and by any applicable Loan Document and in effect at any given time. Wherever from the context it appears appropriate, each term stated in either the singular or plural shall include the singular and plural, and pronouns stated in the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender shall include the masculine, the feminine and the neuter. Any reference herein to any Person shall be construed to include such Person’s successors and assigns. The words “include”, “includes” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase “without limitation”. Furthermore, any reference to any law shall include all statutory and regulatory provisions consolidating, amending, replacing, or interpreting such law, and any reference to any law or regulation shall, unless otherwise specified, refer to such law or regulation as amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time. Titles and captions of sections, subsections, and clauses in this Security Agreement are for convenience only, and neither limit nor amplify the provisions of this Security Agreement.
