Principals’ Remuneration Clause Samples
The Principals’ Remuneration clause defines how and when the main parties to an agreement—often the owners, directors, or key stakeholders—are compensated for their roles. It typically outlines the types of remuneration, such as salaries, bonuses, or profit shares, and may specify payment schedules, performance criteria, or approval processes for changes in compensation. This clause ensures transparency and agreement on financial entitlements, helping to prevent disputes over payments and aligning expectations among the principals involved.
