Principal's right to discretionary termination. 16.1.1 The Principal may terminate the Contract at its discretion at any time until Practical Completion by written notice to the Contractor referring to this clause 16.1.1, and specifying the reason for the early termination. 16.1.2 In the event of termination under 16.1.1, the provisions of 14.1.2 shall apply.
