Principle to Deal with Breach. 9.1.1 Any Party’s failure to perform its obligations under this Contract or perform its obligations according to this Contract shall be deemed as a breach of contract. The defaulting Party shall be liable to continue to perform or take any remedial steps or compensate any loss for the non-defaulting Party.
