Common use of Principles of Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Principles of Cooperation. l. In order to attain the goal laid down in Article 2 of this Agreement, the Contracting Parties shall take measures in respect of the whole of that part of the drainage area which is situated within their territories. The Contracting Party whose territory is entirely situated outside of the drainage area of the Meuse shall take measures to ensure that the activities carried out by legal persons subject to its supervisory authority, contribute to the realization of the purpose of this agreement as set forth in Article 2.
