Printing and Distribution. The School District will, at its own expense, print sufficient copies of this Agreement for present and new employees.
Printing and Distribution. The County shall bear the cost of printing and binding twenty- five (25) copies of this Agreement for the bargaining unit and shall provide these copies to the Union for distribution to represented employees. Be it further agreed that upon final signatures the County shall distribute electronically to all bargaining unit members a copy of the Agreement with an option to print should the employee deem necessary. The County shall provide copies to all new hires.
Printing and Distribution.
1.4.1 The District and the Association shall mutually proofread the document. Within a reasonable time following the ratification and signing of this Agreement, the District shall post the contract on the District’s server and provide a sufficient number of hard copies as the Association and/or District deem(s) necessary. The District and the Association will jointly pay for the cost of printing the Agreement. The Association will be provided fifteen (15) copies for their use.
Printing and Distribution. The timely printing and distribution of negotiated agreements will be the responsibility of Management, unless otherwise agreed. Posted agreements will be in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended (29 USC 794(d)).
Printing and Distribution. As soon as possible after this Contract is signed and ratified by both the Association and the Board, the Board and AEA shall print and distribute a copy to all employees in the bargaining unit and each new employee hired thereafter. The Association shall receive an additional fifty (50) copies. Subsequent revisions or amendments will also be printed and distributed to all members of the bargaining unit.
Printing and Distribution. Within sixty (60) days after this Agreement is ratified by the Association and approved by the Board/Association, copies shall be printed by the Board and distributed to each employee by the Association. Additionally, a maximum of an extra fifty (50) copies shall be printed and retained by the Association and the Board. The expense of such printing shall be borne equally by the Association and the Board. All new employees shall receive a copy of this Agreement from the Association upon their employment.
Printing and Distribution. The Board shall provide the Union with a printed copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for each of the building representatives, each of the Union officers and an additional ten (10) copies. The Board will also provide each Union member access to a copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement via CD, web page link or e-mail.
Printing and Distribution. As soon as possible after ratification by both sides, the College shall prepare a final complete Agreement in Microsoft Word format. The parties will sign two (2) original copies once they are satisfied the draft Agreement is correct. Each side may distribute electronic or hard copies at its option and expense. The Agreement will be available on the College’s website. Printing and Distribution. A copy of the Agreement shall be available to adjunct faculty members and part-time instructors on their MyPace Portal or in a comparable location or manner. Within two (2) weeks of execution of the Agreement, the University will provide adjunct faculty members and part- time instructors with information regarding how to get access to the Agreement. A new adjunct faculty member or part-time instructor will be provided with information regarding how to get access to the Agreement.
Printing and Distribution. After ratification, the agreement will be printed and distributed to each member of the bargaining unit, each administrator, and each member of the Board. As new employees are hired, they shall be provided a copy of the agreement. The Board and the Union will share the cost of printing and distribution equally.
