Printing. 2.1 When electronic data is made available to print a xxxx of lading, Maersk will notify the Individual User who at that time is shown in Maersk’s records as being entitled to print it. 2.2 The Registered User shall ensure: (i) That the electronic data provided by Maersk is not altered or used except as provided for in this Agreement; (ii) that it is printed onto a blank Maersk xxxx of lading form at the Registered User’s printer as soon as reasonably practicable recognising that delay in printing may prejudice Maersk’s position in relation to third parties; and (iii) that any xxxx of lading once printed: (a) is legible, showing the complete contents of the document without distortion or addition in correctly centred portrait orientation, and is appropriately aligned and set out for the relevant paper size; and (b) accurately and fully reflects the relevant xxxx of lading appearing in electronic form at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/. 2.3 If any document which is printed (whether or not in full) pursuant to the Document Facility does not comply with any part of clause 2.2(iii) above, or if any electronic data is made available to the Registered User in error, the Registered User shall immediately contact Maersk and comply with Maersk’s instructions in relation thereto. If there is any inconsistency between a xxxx of lading that is printed and the one appearing in electronic form at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx, the latter shall prevail. 2.4 If Maersk provides xxxxx xxxx of lading forms, the Registered User shall ensure that: (i) Individual Users only print onto such forms electronic data which they have received at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/ and which they are authorised by the procedures from time to time in use by Maersk to print; and (ii) the number of attempts to print an original does not exceed the number of originals shown on the face of the xxxx as having been issued. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Registered User does print originals in excess of the number of originals shown on the face of the xxxx in direct breach of this clause 2.4(ii), the Registered User agrees and undertakes to indemnify Maersk from all consequences of so doing, and to hold Maersk harmless and indemnified against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, charges, fines, damages and expenses (including any kind of legal expense) arising from or in consequence herewith.

(iii) that 2.1.3. any waybill or xxxx of lading once printed: (a) is legible, showing the complete contents of the document without distortion or addition in correctly centred centered portrait orientation, and is appropriately aligned and set out for the relevant paper size; and; (b) accurately and fully reflects the relevant waybill or xxxx of lading appearing in electronic form at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. 2.3 2.2. Individual Users only print onto such forms electronic data which they have received at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/ pursuant to this Agreement and which they are authorised by the procedures from time to time in use by Maersk Safmarine to print; and; (ii) 2.3.2. the number of attempts to print an original does not exceed the number of originals shown on the face of the xxxx as having been issued. IfIf for technical reasons (for example, for any reason whatsoeverdifficulties in printing) more attempts to print are (i) Safmarine receiving a letter of indemnity, signed by the Registered User does print originals User, in excess the terms of the number of originals shown on the face of the xxxx in direct breach of this clause 2.4(ii), the Registered User agrees and undertakes Appendix A and (ii) any paper document which is to indemnify Maersk from all consequences of so doing, and be replaced pursuant to hold Maersk harmless and indemnified against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, charges, fines, damages and expenses (including any kind of legal expense) arising from or in consequence herewithsuch authority having first been destroyed.

Printing. 2.1 When electronic data is made available electronically to print a xxxx of lading, Maersk Xxxxxxxx will notify the Individual Approved User of the Authorised User who at that time is shown appears in MaerskCordelia’s logs and records as being entitled the one approved to print ituse Xxxxxxxx Remote Document Printing Facility. 2.2 The Registered Authorised User shall ensurewarrant the following at all times: (i) That 2.2.1 Only the electronic Approved User has access to and will use the Credentials required to access Cordelia’s Remote Document Printing Facility and all related information will be maintained in strictest confidence. 2.2.2 All the data provided transferred electronically by Maersk Xxxxxxxx to the Authorised User is not altered or used except as provided for in this Agreement;. (ii) that it is 2.2.3 Such data should be printed onto only on a blank Maersk xxxx xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx of lading form Lading Stationery and only at the Registered Authorised User’s private printer as soon as reasonably practicable recognising possible and admit of the possibility that delay in printing may and having the Xxxx of Lading issued will prejudice MaerskCordelia’s position in relation to third vis-à-vis other parties; and. (iii) that any xxxx 2.2.4 All bills of lading once printedprinted utilising the Remote Document Printing Facility: (a) 2.2.4.1 Is printed on a Laser Printer which can accommodate and print A4 size stationery and the stationery is legiblepositioned in such fashion that the orientation, showing and alignment are as prescribed by Xxxxxxxx and the print-out is not impeded in any way. 2.2.4.2 Is printed legibly, shows the complete contents of the document transmitted without distortion or addition in correctly centred portrait orientation, and is appropriately aligned and set the final print-out for has full verisimilitude to the relevant paper size; and (b) accurately and fully reflects the relevant appropriate xxxx of lading appearing in electronic form which is available or can be viewed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx as a Registered User. 2.3 If any document which is printed (whether partially or not in fullits entirety) pursuant to as provided above and using the Document Facility does not comply in its entirety or partially with any part of clause 2.2(iii) para 2.2.3 above, or if any electronic data is made available transmitted to the Registered Authorised User is in error, the Registered Authorised User shall immediately contact Maersk Xxxxxxxx and comply with MaerskCordelia’s instructions in relation thereto. If there is for rectification or restitution. 2.4 For avoidance of doubt, if any inconsistency is observed between a xxxx of lading that is printed through the Remote Document Printing Facility and the one appearing in electronic form at xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and viewed by a Registered User, the latter shall prevail. 2.4 2.5 If Maersk Xxxxxxxx provides xxxxx xxxx of lading formsstationery, the Registered Authorised User shall ensure that: (i2.5.1 Approved User(s) Individual Users will use this stationery to print only print onto such forms electronic data which they have received at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/ by them electronically from xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and which they are authorised by the this Agreement and other related Agreements and procedures set from time to time by Xxxxxxxx for Remote Printing of documents, including Bills of Lading. 2.5.2 Since the Xxxx of Lading Stationery issued by Xxxxxxxx has serial numbers, the Stationery shall be used only in sequence as set out below. 2.5.2.1 Each sheet of Cordelia’s Xxxx of Lading stationery has a running serial number. 2.5.2.2 The printed serial no. can be seen at the right bottom edge of the stationery. 2.5.2.3 The Facility will print the First, Second, and Third Originals in that sequence (provided the number of originals is three on the face of the Xxxx of Lading). 2.5.2.4 The stationery should also be used in sequence, and never out of sequence. 2.5.2.5 Hence, for the First Original of the first BL to be issued from your location you should insert the sheet of stationery with first available serial no. in the printer. For the Second Original the sheet with the next consecutive serial no. should be inserted into the printed, and so on. 2.5.2.6 Care should be taken to ensure that the stationery is used without error since any misuse/wastage of stationery will put a stop to the printing. 2.5.2.7 The Facility allows a BL only to be printed three times – ONE Original each. 2.5.2.8 If due to any reason the stationery meant for a particular BL becomes unavailable for issue of the BL and the one or more copies of the BL needs to be re-printed, approval for use by Maersk of additional stationery has to print; andbe taken in the attached format. (ii) 2.5.3 Notwithstanding anything contained hereabove, the Authorised User shall ensure that the number of attempts to print an original xxxx of lading does not exceed the number of originals shown on the face of the xxxx as having been issued. . 2.5.4 If, for any reason whatsoever, the Registered Authorised User does print originals in excess of the number of originals shown on the face of the xxxx in direct breach of this clause 2.4(ii)para 2.5.3 above, the Registered Authorised User solemnly agrees and undertakes to indemnify Maersk from Xxxxxxxx against all cost and consequences of so doing, and to hold Maersk Xxxxxxxx harmless and indemnified against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, charges, fines, damages and expenses (including any kind of legal expenseexpense in any part of the world) arising from or in consequence herewith.

This will be at Maersk Line’s absolute discretion, which in any reason whatsoeverevent will be conditional on (i) Maersk Line receiving a letter of indemnity in the form required by Maersk Line, signed by the Registered User does print originals in excess of the number of originals shown on the face of the xxxx in direct breach of this clause 2.4(ii), the Registered User agrees and undertakes (ii) any paper document which is to indemnify Maersk from all consequences of so doing, and be replaced pursuant to hold Maersk harmless and indemnified against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, charges, fines, damages and expenses (including any kind of legal expense) arising from or in consequence herewithsuch authority having first been destroyed.
