Common use of Prior Actions and Knowledge Clause in Contracts

Prior Actions and Knowledge. Consultant represents and warrant that from the time of Consultant’s first contact with the Company Consultant held in strict confidence all Confidential Information and have not disclosed any Confidential Information, directly or indirectly, to anyone outside the Company, or used, copied, published, or summarized any Confidential information, except to the extent otherwise permitted in this Agreement.
