Common use of Prior Agreement Superseded Clause in Contracts

Prior Agreement Superseded. This Agreement supersedes the Business Loan Agreement entered into as of February 28, 2003, between the Bank and the Borrowers, and any credit outstanding thereunder shall be deemed to be outstanding under this Agreement.

Prior Agreement Superseded. This Agreement supersedes the Business Loan Agreement entered into as of February 28September 16, 2003, 1999 between the Bank and the BorrowersBorrower, and any credit outstanding thereunder shall be deemed to be outstanding under this Agreement. This Agreement is executed as of the date stated at the top of the first page.

Prior Agreement Superseded. This Agreement supersedes the Business Loan Agreement entered into as of February 28, 2003, between the Bank and the BorrowersBorrower, and any credit outstanding thereunder shall be deemed to be outstanding under this Agreement.
