Common use of Prior Approved Publication Clause in Contracts

Prior Approved Publication. Notwithstanding Sections 8.4 and 8.5, either Party may include in a public disclosure, press release or in a scientific or medical publication or presentation, without prior delivery to or review by the other Party, any information which has previously been included in a public disclosure, press release or scientific or medical publication that has been reviewed pursuant to Section 8.4 or 8.5 or published or publicly disclosed by the other Party.
