Prior Confidentiality Agreements. Any prior confidentiality agreements remain in full force and effect and are not superseded by this Agreement. Additionally, all Information disclosed by a Party or its Affiliate to the other Party or its Affiliate pursuant to any prior confidentiality agreements is such Party’s Confidential Information disclosed hereunder and the other Party will and its Affiliates and disclosees will also have the confidentiality, non-use and non-disclosure obligations set forth in this Article 12.
