Common use of Prior Contributions Clause in Contracts

Prior Contributions. Prior to the date hereof, the General Partner made certain Capital Contributions to the Partnership in exchange for an interest in the Partnership and has been admitted as the General Partner of the Partnership, and the Initial Limited Partners made certain Capital Contributions to the Partnership in exchange for an interest in the Partnership and have been admitted as Limited Partners of the Partnership.

Prior to the date hereof, the General Partner made certain Capital Contributions to the Partnership in exchange for an interest in the Partnership and has been admitted as the General Partner of the Partnership, and the Initial Limited EPC Partners II made certain Capital Contributions to the Partnership in exchange for an interest in the Partnership and have has been admitted as a Limited Partners Partner of the Partnership.
