Common use of Prior Funding Agreement Clause in Contracts

Prior Funding Agreement. From the Northern Tier Transmission Group Funding Agreement 2016-2017 shall be rolled over to this Funding Agreement;

Prior Funding Agreement. From the Northern Tier Transmission Group Funding Agreement 20162014-2017 2015 shall be rolled over to this Funding Agreement;
