Prior Grants Not Revoked. This grant and Franchise is not intended to and does not revoke any prior license, grant, or right to use the Streets, Other City Property or Public Utility Easements, and such licenses, grants or rights of use are hereby affirmed.

  • Remedies Not Involving Termination The State, in its discretion, may exercise one or more of the following additional remedies:

  • Forbearance Not a Waiver If a Holder or the Representative delays in exercising or fails to exercise any of its rights under a Note or this Revenue Sharing Agreement, that delay or failure shall not constitute a waiver of any rights or of any breach or default.   • EVALUATION OF OPTIONS The County shall evaluate bids for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price of the basic period. However, the evaluation of options shall not obligate the County to exercise the option(s).
