Prior Guaranties. Nothing contained in this Surety Agreement is intended to release, supersede, modify or otherwise affect any other guaranty or suretyship agreement from Guarantor to Bank.
Prior Guaranties. This Guaranty supersedes and replaces all guaranties previously made by Guarantor to Creditor or Creditor's predecessors with respect to Obligations under all or any of the Contracts, including, without limitation, that certain Guaranty dated as of October 1, 1998 made by Guarantor in favor of Creditor.
