Common use of Prior Nondisclosure Agreement Clause in Contracts

Prior Nondisclosure Agreement. Publisher hereby reaffirms and ratifies the Nondisclosure Agreement dated September 18, 2000 between SCEA and Publisher ("Nondisclosure Agreement") which, as amended by Section 14.2 below, will remain in full force and effect with respect to the Confidential Information of SCEA throughout the term of this Agreement.

Prior Nondisclosure Agreement. Publisher hereby reaffirms and ratifies the Nondisclosure Agreement dated September 18June 27, 2000 1996 between SCEA and Publisher ("Nondisclosure Agreement") which, as amended by Section 14.2 below, will remain in full force and effect with respect to the Confidential Information of SCEA throughout the term of this Agreement.

Publisher hereby reaffirms and ratifies the Nondisclosure Agreement dated September 18January 19, 2000 between SCEA and Publisher ("Nondisclosure Agreement") which, as amended by Section 14.2 below, will remain in full force and effect with respect to the Confidential Information of SCEA throughout the term of this Agreement.

Publisher hereby reaffirms and ratifies the Nondisclosure Agreement dated September 18November 30, 2000 1993 between SCEA and Publisher ("Nondisclosure Agreement") which, as amended by Section 14.2 below, will remain in full force and effect with respect to the Confidential Information of SCEA throughout the term of this Agreement.

Publisher hereby reaffirms and ratifies the Nondisclosure Agreement dated September 18February 11, 2000 1994 between SCEA and Publisher ("Nondisclosure Agreement") which, as amended by Section 14.2 below, will remain in full force and effect with respect to the Confidential Information of SCEA throughout the term of this Agreement.
