Common use of Prior Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Prior Occupancy. If Tenant shall occupy the premises prior to the beginning of the terms of this Lease, with Landlord's consent all of the provisions of this Lease shall be in full force and effect commencing on the date of such occupancy. Such occupancy shall be on the basis of a month to month tenancy until the beginning of the term of this Lease, and rent for such period shall be paid at the monthly rate set forth in Article 3 or at a daily rate of 1/30 of said monthly rate.

Prior Occupancy. If Tenant shall occupy occupies the premises leased Premises prior to the beginning of the terms of this Lease, term with Landlord's consent ’s consent, all of the provisions of this Lease shall be in full force and effect commencing on the date of at such occupancy. Such occupancy shall be on the basis of a month to month tenancy until the beginning of the term of this Lease, and rent Rent for such period shall be paid at based on the above schedule; a prorated monthly rate set forth installment shall be calculated on a thirty (30) day month. The installation of equipment and furniture in Article 3 or at preparation for occupancy will not constitute occupancy. Occupancy will be determined on a daily rate date of 1/30 of said monthly ratemutual agreement between Landlord and Tenant.
