Prior Operating Statements. Each of the operating statements pertaining to the Property delivered to Lender prior to the date hereof and prepared by or on behalf of a prior owner of the Property fairly presents, to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, the results of operations of such Property for the period covered thereby. Each of the operating statements pertaining to the Property delivered to Lender prior to the date hereof and prepared by or on behalf of Borrower was prepared in accordance with GAAP in effect on the date such operating statement of the Property was prepared and fairly presents the results of operations of the Property for the period then ended.
