The Parties agree that this Release, the Contribution Agreement, the Purchase and Sale Agreement and any other agreements entered into pursuant to the Contribution Agreement and the Purchase and Sale Agreement will extinguish and supersede all rights, if any, which Director or the Company may have, contractual or otherwise, (a) relating to Director’s continued service on, or resignation
