Executive’s rights upon termination of employment prior to a Change in Control shall be governed by the Company’s standard employment termination policies and practices applicable to Executive in effect at the time of termination or, if applicable, any written employment agreement between the Company and Executive other than this Agreement in effect at the time of termination.
