Prior to acceptance by. the Owner of construction documents, the Engineer shall provide to the Owner four (4) sets of construction documents, signed, sealed and dated by the Engineer and all consultants, as required by law, and, if required by scope of work, the facilities space chart describing square footage and usage of all spaces.
