Prior to the Delivery. Date Lessee shall deliver to Lessor a duly authorized consent, undated and in form and substance acceptable to Lessor, addressed to the Federal Aviation Administration consenting to the release of this Lease in connection with the termination of this Lease pursuant to the terms hereof and, if so requested by Lessor, the deregistration of the Aircraft from the register of civil aviation in the State of Registration.
Prior to the Delivery. Date the Supplier shall invoice the Buyer in US dollars for the price of the relevant Shipment. The invoices shall include the following information: product code, number of the relevant Purchase Order, the Buyer’s article number and quantity, unit price in US dollars and total invoice amount.
Prior to the Delivery the Dealer will perform a pre-delivery inspection free of charge to the Customer. In compliance with the service booklet and/or instructions issued from time to time by BMW GB the Dealer will perform the specified works and the Dealer will enter this pre-delivery inspection into the service booklet and certify the entry with its official stamp, date and signature. In the event that the Customer collects the vehicle from BMW GB then BMW GB will perform the pre-delivery inspection on behalf of the Dealer and will charge the Dealer accordingly;
