Common use of Prior to the Issue Date Clause in Contracts

Prior to the Issue Date. the applicable Borrower shall specify a precise description of the documents and the verbatim text of any certificates to be presented by the Beneficiary which, if presented by the Beneficiary, would require the Fronting Letter of Credit Lender to make payment under its applicable Letter of Credit. The Fronting Letter of Credit Lender may, before the issue of the Letter of Credit and in consultation with the applicable Borrower, require changes in any such documentation or certificate.
