Common use of Prior Understanding Clause in Contracts

Prior Understanding. I. Employee warrants as follows: a. That he or she is ( )* / is not (x) restricted by any contract with a previous employer or any other person or business from accepting employment with Intelsat, b. That he or she has ( )* / has not (x) signed any confidentiality, non-disclosure, or non-competition agreement with a previous employer or any other person or business that would affect Employee’s ability to perform his or her duties for Intelsat, and c. That he or she is ( )* / is not (x) under any other obligations to a previous employer or any other person or business except as may exist under federal or common law.
