Prior Written Approval. The Contractor may Sub-contract part of this Agreement only with the prior written approval of the DCF Program Administrator. In addition, DCF approval may be required regarding the award process, the terms and conditions of the Sub-contracts and the Sub-contractors selected. Approval of the Sub- contractors will be withheld if DCF reasonably believes that the intended Sub-contractor will not be a responsible provider in terms of services provided and costs billed.
Prior Written Approval. ORGANIZATION may not alter the XX Xxxxx in any manner. ORGANIZATION shall submit to RA for its approval, prior to publication or any other public use, all claims, representations, public statements or language about or references to RA, including but not limited to (i) uses of the XX Xxxxx that appear on product packaging, (ii) use of the XX Xxxxx on off-product promotional materials or other communications related to Certified Product, and (iii) communications relating to collaboration with or support for RA. Such submission and use must be in compliance with the Trademark Policy associated with the particular RA Xxxx. Once RA has approved any such use, ORGANIZATION may not make any changes to such use without first obtaining RA’s written approval. ORGANIZATION acknowledges that RA shall not provide any communications or marketing services to ORGANIZATION in exchange for Royalties under this Agreement, notwithstanding such review and approval as set forth herein.

A Board must note the anticipated volume of items and timeframe within which the items will be distributed.

If the award exceeds $100,000, cumulative transfers among direct cost budget categories totaling more than 10 percent of the total budget must have prior written approval by OPPE. OPPE is required to seek input from stakeholders, including awardees providing education and training under the 2501 Program at least annually. This is to ensure that the program is responsive to the concerns of entities providing assistance under 7 U.S.C. 2279(c)(4)(J). To fulfill this obligation, OPPE may require Project Directors/Managers and Principal Investigators to attend an Annual Partnership Symposium that can be expensed with awarded grant funds not to exceed $1,000 per award year. The symposium will allow participants, USDA officials, and other agriculture-related industry participants to network, encourage partnerships, share best practices, discuss programmatic requirements, share information on new and enhanced USDA programs and services, and obtain programmatic stakeholder feedback. Stakeholder input will also be accepted by those unable to attend the annual symposium in person by September 30th of each fiscal year by emailing 0000xxxxxx@xxxx.xxx.

Lessee shall not erect, maintain, or display any signs or any advertising at or on the exterior parts of the Premises or in the Premises so as to be visible from outside the Premises without obtaining the Aviation Department's prior written approval, which approval may be withheld by the Aviation Department in its sole discretion. No billboards are permitted on the Premises.
