SUB-CONTRACTS. (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):
SUB-CONTRACTS. 25.1 Pentana Solutions may sub-contract for the performance of this Agreement or any part of this Agreement to the extent specified in the SLA or upon obtaining (subject to subclause 25.3) the Customer’s prior written consent.
SUB-CONTRACTS. 34.01 The employer agrees: That it will stipulate as a term or condition for letting any contract for work on the project (job site) during its construction, that the proposed sub-contractor shall observe the provisions of this Collective Agreement as if the same were duly executed by such sub- contractors. To have any such sub-contractor acknowledge in writing that it has notice of this Agreement and that it will abide by the Agreement and Craft Schedule. For the purpose of this clause "sub-contractor" shall mean any contractor who performs work for the employer on the project (job site).
SUB-CONTRACTS a. The Contractor shall not place any sub-contracts for work under the Agreement, with the exception of those Sub-Contracts identified in any proposal referred to in this Agreement, without the prior written approval of the Commercial Department.

(a) The Cash Manager may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement to any party whom it reasonably believes is capable of, and experienced in, performing the functions to be given to it provided that (but subject to Clause 3.2(b) below):
SUB-CONTRACTS. 14.01 The employer agrees that it will not sub-contract work to any Contractor who is not under the Collective Agreement with the appropriate signatory Building Trades Council Union(s) excluding speciality contracts not normally performed by the above Trades Council Union(s).
SUB-CONTRACTS. 9.1 When contracting or sub-contracting, the employer agrees that any and all of the acknowledged work herein contained in Article 29 and Clause 19 of this Agreement covering Trade Jurisdiction must be contracted or subcontracted to an employer who is a signatory to this Provincial Agreement.
SUB-CONTRACTS. 17.1 If work of any of the kinds covered by this Agreement is done by an Employee or arranged to be so done in the interests of the Employer in any way, this Agreement shall apply to such work, Employee and Employer notwithstanding that the Employer causes or permits such work to be done for or through or by means of a contractor or other person, and the Employer and Employee shall have the same rights and obligations to each other as if they were in respect of such work directly Employer or Employee.
