Common use of PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVALS Clause in Contracts

PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVALS. (1) All subcontracts and agreements proposed to be entered into by the SUBRECIPIENT pursuant to this Agreement; (2) All capital equipment expenditures of $1,000 or more; (3) All out-of-town travel (travel shall be reimbursed in accordance with Chapter 112, Fla. Stat. unless otherwise required by CDBG); (4) All change orders; (5) All requests to utilize uncommitted funds after the expiration of this agreement for programs described in Exhibit “A”; and (6) All rates of pay and pay increases paid out of CDBG funds, whether for merit or cost of living.
